Agreements in service fields
Agreements about service and works that will be done in future must be corresponding to definite rules and the following moments must be reflected in conditions of agreement:
- Starting and ending date of execution of agreement
- Compensation of damage when work is delayed by executor (money or natural)
- Compensation of damage when executor makes work (service) worse or wonder from the conditions of agreement
- Compensation of damage when the same condition will be found in done works (services) from materials of consumer
- Compensation of boast money of define percent of agreement value for each delayed day when fulfilling of works (services) is delayed
- To make demands by consumer when there will be discovered any defect during warranty period (if there is not this period 1 (one) year) after fulfilling of work (service)
- Informing consumer about deterioration, injuring of done work (service, thing, material) by executor
- Responsibility of executor for damaging life, health and property of consumer after fulfilling work (service)
- Valorization total value and settlement rule of agreement
