When is agreement need?
Agreements should be concluded with leading owners of market, especially monopolist organizations. Because ready emptiness in legislation makes more problem for consumers in argument with organizations which take high position on the financial and legal hand.
We recommend consumers to conclude agreement for blocking up violation in the following moments:
- When business activity and professionalism cause doubt
- When entering into relation with new founded and less experienced organization
- When oral agreement value is low in comparison market prices
- When there is need whole or part by part compensation of value during oral agreement
- When consumer needs use of services complex (for example: tourism, visit and etc.)
- When there is need for use of materials, equipments of consumer in works which will be done in future
- When there is probability of delay in works which will be done in future
- When consumers’ interests are not paid attention
