Standard conditions of agreement

Conditions of agreement are defined under consent of parties if there is not affirmed form by legislation. Standard conditions of agreement must meet the following requirements:
  1. Settlement of relations between parties, giving them obligation character
  2. Defining rules and ways for systematical, safely and qualitatively fulfilling pledges
  3. Realization rule of measures for parties which will not fulfill their pledges
Fulfilling of these inevitable conditions is defined with structure and maintenance of agreements. The structure of agreement is able to be like that:
  1. Requisitions of agreement (name, concluded date and place of agreement)
  2. Preamble (name of parties, general information about agreement)
  3. Article of agreement
  4. Force-date of agreement
  5. Rights of each parties
  6. Duties of each parties
  7. Total value of agreement and settlement with each parties
  8. Responsibility of each parties
  9. Settlement ways of arguments (mediasia, arbitrage, court and etc.)
  10.  Legal address and bank requisitions of each parties (if they have)
  11.  Sign of each parties

    Independent Consumer’s Union (ICU) will be held on traditional General Meeting in January 29, 2008. It has already 12th year that Independent Consumer’s Union (ICU) held on traditional General Meeting with participation of active members of 30 district.
