What is agreement?

According to Article 389.1 of Civil Code of Azerbaijan Republic “Understanding between two or more persons about defining, changing and finishing of civil rights and duties is agreement”. It’s also entering into an agreement with 2^nd party (seller, executor, producer) for compensate consumer’s needs.
Attention: Read carefully the agreement before signing it!

Independent Consumer’s Union (ICU) will be held on traditional General Meeting in January 29, 2008. It has already 12th year that Independent Consumer’s Union (ICU) held on traditional General Meeting with participation of active members of 30 district.
