Legal assistance centres (or mediation centres) for consumers which has been financed by Europe Commission, Consumers International (CI) leading organization, Independent Consumers Unity has been established since 1 January of 2006 year in Justice court project. The project has been financed by Europe commission «TACIS Institution Building Partnership Programme (IBPP) Civil Society and Local Initiatives».
More helping centers have been opened in Ganja, Quba, Tovuz, Lankaran, Sumqayit and Baki.
