1The member of Azerbaijan Journalists Community adreesed to ICU and affirmed that , the pellicle had been founded inside the meter assembling by “Bakıelektrik şəbəkə” and after some days they demanded to pay 1250 AzN fine . The prosecuter didn’t take part in expertization that’s why he says that it is fals. ICU is investigateing this problem now.
2.Consumer G.Salimova adreesed to ICU and affirmed that, she had bought 3 rolls curtain cloth from “Ramal” trade center situating in 8 km and after coming home she saw that there weren’t so cloth how she had wanted. After two days when she wanted to return the seller speaked roughly. By the helping of the ICU’s mediators the legals of consumer were protected.
3.Consumer B.Abbasova adreesed to ICU and affirmed that, her leqal had been offended in the repair service situating in Binaqadi region in 8 –th mikroregion at 3067 .The master promised to repair shoe shelf and took 100 but he didn’t give any document about paying money.He didn’t carry out the order of consumer and at last prepeared shelf was poor quality. The right of consumer was protected by the help of ICU’s mediation service.
